No interior in the rear or door panels front seats in poor shape.<\/p>\n

Cleaned off blue rattlecan on drivers side, them washed whole car in thinners. (Paintwork was previously re-sprayed with two pack) Very pleased with the outcome. I did a few basic lists of what I wanted; Leisure battery, long bed (as I am 6’4″), tablet mount, memory foam mattress, a way of covering the windows……<\/p>\n

All done.[\/mvc_timeline_son][mvc_timeline_son maintitle=”One sheet of 18mm Ply Later.” date=”1st March 2020″ image_id=”59″ clr=”#000000″ size=”30″ icon=”fas fa-tools” bgclr=”#81d742″ icon_size=”30″ titleclr=”#000000″ titlebg=”#81d742″ img_width=”460″]I took the measurements of the 4 panels\u00a0 to Hevey building supplies and they cut from one\u00a0 sheet of 18mm engineered Ply.(\u00a332.00) I had enough cut offs to make the supports for under the Back seat. I used the metal back of the rear seat upright as a template and cut out to shape. I used all the hinges and clips from the original seats.\u00a0 The side panels are made of 4mm card covered with 5mm foam with my 70’s theme upholstery fabric (12Meter’s \u00a316 eBay) glued on top.[\/mvc_timeline_son][mvc_timeline_son maintitle=”Cant find a Rubber Rear Bumper” date=”30th March 2020″ image_id=”62″ clr=”#000000″ size=”30″ icon=”fas fa-car-crash” bgclr=”#81d742″ icon_size=”30″ titleclr=”#000000″ titlebg=”#81d742″ img_width=”460″]I Had a real problem trying to get a rubber rear bumper… None around. so i decided to use some of the earlier bumpers and trim I had lying around. most were a bit rough but with a wire brush on a angle grinder managed to make a smooth surface for a coat of black paint (Tetrosyl Satin Black). I cut a decal in grey for the old number plate area. very pleased with the results.
\nI had another problem no number plate lights so managed to convert a pair of Hella Lorry number plate lights to fit.<\/p>\n
